Happy V-day!

We don't really "celebrate" Valentines Day, meaning no date, no flowers, no card, etc. Basically the only thing I really like about Valentines Day is everything, especailly M&Ms, is red and pink! My favorite colors! However, I do like to make a special dinner for my valentine and this year I decided to get a little creative. So I made steak, spinach, mashed potates and rolls. Yes, everything is heart-shaped and yes, the mashed potatoes are pink and Joe thought they were cake! Ha! Great idea Ashlee!

I used my heart-shaped cookie cutters. Little trick I learned on Food Network! :)
